She's back! I finally finished her dress and legs so I figured she was put together enough so that I could post another progress picture -
I'm still a little nervous about where I placed her on this fabric. I'm thinking she's down too low. But then I look at it from a different angle and she looks okay. I don't know :o(
Since I found some landscapers, Tot will be put on hold for a little bit. I want to get the plants and flowers in around The Needlework Shop before it gets too cold ;o)
Speaking of cold...it's getting COLDER temperature wise! I know I shouldn't complain because I just LOVE the fall but my poor toes and fingers are feeling the consequences. DH and I always try to hold out putting on the heat until after the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend but I tell you, it's been hard roughing it. We've had 'heavy' frost almost every morning but thankfully the days have been just perfect :o) I love the fact that I can still hang my clothes outside for that fresh outdoor smell even if I'm still using my redneck clothesline. LOL!
The trees seem to be taking their time changing their leaves but if you look hard enough, you can see little sparks of colour along the river valley.
Every day when I look out the back window, I see the trees changing on the hill behind the barn. This will probably (hopefully) be my last fall here and in a way, it's sad :o( I had such hopes for this place but at least I can say that I lived that part of my life and now I'm on to a new adventure! DH and I are starting to feel the strain but in the end, it will be worth it :o)

OMG ToT is stunning. I really want to get to mine. That is a long time off yet though.
It has gotten quite cold here at times too. I'm not a lover of the cold weather, although I'm looking forward to my new winter coat and new scarf that Lily bought me for my birthday (just bought today).
Sorry to hear you're feeling the stress of all the life changes swirling around you. Sending big hugs!
She's looking beautiful. I think she's in a wonderful spot, I hope it works out.
TOT looks great still haven't managed to find the magazine yet lol , I love autumn and winter even if we do all moan how cold it is
Great progress. She's just right for this time of year.
A Clothesline Gazebo is much more elegant term!
She is wonderful
I think you are thinging too much about where you placed TOT... she looks fine!
Yes, getting colder. I'm wearing winter boots and insulated jacket to foot ball practices. :o( My arthritic knees complain now.
I can't wait to start it, you've done an amazing job!!
PS SOmething on my blog for you
TOT is looking great. You're progressing really well.
She's beautiful. I wish I could have got hold of that magazine.

She's looking beautiful! From the photo she doesn't look like she's too far down the fabric. How much have you got left at the bottom?
She is so beautiful!
She's looking beautiful!
Her placement looks great from here! I finally got my issue of this magazine just for that pattern!
:o)
Have a great weekend!
Another amazing beautiful lady...
And the colours of the leaves... Yummy!
Hugs!

She's looking great!
Wow, Cathey! She is absolutely beautiful!!
Fall's coming here, too, though our leaves probably won't be very pretty this year. We've not had enough rain. :-(
Congrats to you & your DH on your anniversary!! May you indeed have at least 57 more!
Cathey,
TOT is gorgeous! Maybe landscapers can wait a little?;-)
She is looking wonderful!
TOT is looking awesome. I think the fabric is perfect for her.
She is lovely! You are making wonderful progress on her.
I understand the feeling of sadness toward moving, but I think you will be happy in your new home. Every move is bittersweet.
Tot is looking so pretty, and I think she looks fine where you placed her on the fabric. Looking forward to seeing Needlework shop with a bit of landscaping, that is such a fun piece too. Getting colder here as well. So far like you I've put off turning on the heat quite yet, but it sure is tempting especially in the mornings.
Happy belated Wedding anniversary. Another 57 years sounds like a plan to me. :)
Loved the pictures of Duncan and Brie, what a pair. They do look like they are quite enjoying each others company. So glad to hear Brie is still doing so well. That must have been quite a sight with you chasing her all over the other night in your PJ's. However, as I've been in a similar postion on occation with Jaz or when I had Sasha, I can totally relate. :)

She is looking so beautiful!I like brown color:)
Hey Cathey!
I've been oogling the Fairy and the dye pattern looks like a cool night breeze is caressing her face. Very neat.
I've made my first purchace to "EF". Can't wait to have a stach of it. So far, very affordable and gorgeous fabby.
I didn't get the insurance... hoping I don't have problems.
She is looking so beautiful. May life blow your troubles away on a warm breeze!!
Don't think that I haven't hung clothes out on the line on a nice sunny winter day just for that outdoor smell. Sure, the sheets were frozen, but they smelled WONDERFUL once they thawed out.
