Monday's Photographic Memories

Photobucket

DH and his dad went on a canoe trip last week and I was there to see them off :o)

Photobucket

The park they went to was beautiful and even though the weather didn't start out nice, it did improve over the three days.

Upon leaving, I had a few visitors of my own ;o)

Hi Cathey,

Love that shot of the empty canoe floating on the still waters and
the misty atmosphere all around.
Plus the reflection of the canoe
in the water. Beautiful.

I'm in complete agreement with
you regarding reality shows and
those empty headed young starlets
who regard plastic surgery as a
lifestyle choice.

Remember when Jennifer Grey had
her nose "done" and no one
recognized her afterwords as the
cute girl from Dirty Dancing.
Her career went nowhere after
that.

It's a sad example to set for the
young kids who watch these shows
and model their thoughts and their
behavior on the so called
celebrities who appear in them.

Congratulations for winning the
stitcher of the month contest at
Gift of Stitching for May. I
was browsing through the newest
issue and suddenly came upon your
picture and name.

Hello, I thought, what's Cathey
and her DH doing in my Gift of
Stitching E-zine??

Sooooo... whatcha gonna get with
the gift certificate??? Do tell,
do tell.

Have a great week!! Cheers!

That is one giant deer! You grow 'em big up north :)

Seriously, your photos are so lovely, Cathey... I'll bet they had a wonderful trip, too.
