Hot Popcorn!

Well apparently Earl decided to spare us :o) We got lots of wind and that was about it! It seems that Halifax and the Dartmouth area got the brunt of it with a lot of wind damage. They put so much hype on these things. I'm just glad it wasn't as bad as they made it out to be.

The one 'good' thing about Earl is that he swept away the heat and humidity :o) I wasn't the only one that thought it was too hot -

Poor Popcorn. She's got such a heavy coat.

Now that she's in my stitching room though, it's much cooler than upstairs so she's much happier :o)

Isn't that the most innocent looking bunny you've ever seen? LOL! At least she's not the raving maniacal female that she was. Gee, I wish they would give me a hysterectomy. That would surely fix a lot of my problems and I'm sure DH would agree ;o)

We have had cooler weather as well after our heat wave. However, it's been furnace and sweater weather! We're supposed to get another bout of heat though: not sure if I should be excited or not!

Really glad Earl passed you by. Popcorn is just the cutest but let me tell you that Hysterectomies aren't all that they are cracked up to be. Just think about the early menopause (notice this word starts with the word men) that still hasn't left me. Just thought I would tell you about it.

Glad to hear Earl was not so bad. Popcorn sure has grown love that last picture of her. I'm scheduled for a hysterectomy on the 21st, you are more than welcome to take my place :)

The weather services and media really love to hype these storms, don't they. Boy who cried wolf sometimes. But you get afraid not take them seriously.

Love your cutie bunny photos.

Great news that Earl decided not to tangle with the "Great Pumpkin!" I was worried about you up there...

Popcorn looks cool as a cucumber there in your stitching room. It has finally cooled off here and I'm hoping that is the end of the extreme heat for this year!!

Catching up on reading finally. Popcorn is adorable!

Earl hit us pretty good here in Cornwall. The front window was just a blurr of water. Lights went out for an hour and a half. Not bad, considering Halifax.
