Progress on the Beach Cottage continues, although it was almost at a snail's pace until just a couple of days ago. Due to inclement weather, the landscaping had to be put on hold for almost a week. Rain seems to be the flavour of the summer around here, with only a handful of really warm days thrown in.
The trees now have their leaves and the lawn has been put in -
I can sit on the front steps and the beach is just within reach :o) I'll have to start planting the flowers soon if I'm going to enjoy them at all this season. I guess I'll have to see what the garden centers have left. LOL!
Thank you for all the lovely comments on the house pictures. I truly do appreciate them and I'm happy that you've taken the time to stop by. If you have a minute, click on my fish pond and feed the fish :o)

Fishes fed while someone seems to be at the beach leaving those poor fishes dying of hunger !!! lol
your stitching is coming on well
Lovely progress on the your beach house. That fish pond is cool.
Lovely beach house. I noticed your fish pond last visit, didn't know I could feed them.
Your beach house is so lovely and almost ready for the house warming party.;-)
I fed your fish last time and today - they are so hungry!
Take care !
Oh, I didn't know I could feed them! I have been playing with the fish (they follow your cursor) but I guess I was only teasing them. I'm sorry little fishies!
Great pics!
Thanks for sharing, Cathey!
I'm off for a couple of weeks now. Holidays;-)))))
Lots of hugs!

Your fish are freaky, I fed them and now they won't leave me alone! Love the beach house though!! Hope the weather holds, so I can see it all finished up...LOL!!
The beach house is looking good. You know it always takes longer to finish these things than you would like.
The fish widget is very clever. Good for days when I'm in a zoning out mood!
HI there - Your new home is lovely. I'm working on the Beach House as well, but did it differently. I started in the middle, then did the letters and bottom. I've been building the house up and have finished the roof. Just have to finish the white siding, the whale weathervane and trees. I've enjoyed doing it, as I do all of her designs. Hope you get some sun, there's none to be had here in NB.

I'm loving the beach house. We're having chilly weather in Ontario too, so my dreaming of summer sunshine is really just... dreaming!
I like your new home as well. It's so nice and organized, it reminds me of a show home how everything is so nicely put together!
Have a great day!
Your beach house is darling. Great job so far.
I stitched last night for the first time since April. I'm hoping to do some more tomorrow, but we'll see. Once I hit a 5 hours block I'll post a pic on my blog. Imagine that! LOL
Cute fish.
