I see that everyone is changing over to Bloglovin because Google Reader was done earlier this month. Why? Why mess with a good thing???? Anyway, I have joined the bandwagon and added a button for Bloglovin on the right side of my Blog (just scroll down a bit). If you're not following me on it already, please add me now :o) I already moved things over myself but I see there are a few Blogs that were missed so I'm slowly getting them all back.
Today while I was browsing Bloglovin, I noticed there are now adds on there >:o( This does NOT make me happy. Why? Again, why did they have to go and mess with a good thing???? Has anyone found an easier way to keep track of their favorite Blogs? I see that there is an option to Follow By Mail. I wonder how well that works. Has anyone tried it? I'm going to put a poll on the right side of my Blog and I would appreciate if you would put your two cents worth in and lmk what you think :o) Thanks!

I have always used the dashboard when I log into blogger. No changes needed!
There are a few of us that just read other bloggers updates off of our own Blog list. Seems the easiest to me and a little perk, no ads. Hope this helps
I am using Bloglovin, but I don't like it all that much.
I discovered another site, CommaFeed.com. The interface looks and works very much like Google Reader. It's a little slower, but much more like the Reader experience. Worth a try to anyway.
I have switched over to Feedly (www.feedly.com). I was able to import my blog list from Google Reader and there are no ads.
I use Vienna RSS Reader. Does the job, no fuss. You doing ok?
I am with Parsley. I just read right off my dashboard. I did transfer everything over to Feedly also. That has NO adds at all and is easy and is faster.
I am praying for you. Take care.♥
I've been trying to use Bloglovin, but not a big fan... I also use the blogroll off of my blog.
Hope you're going all right :)
I've been using bloglovin and have no problems reading blogs. I like it, especially the email I get daily with all the updates. Sometimes I use the blogger dashboard as well.
I'm using bloglovin, not a fan, but then I am not very technologically minded lol.
I just use my dash board but will add myself to the blog loving just incase ..lol would hate to miss you :)
postie been yet ??? love mouse xxxxx
I have a few blogs on follow by mail.. but often get the mail after 24 uurs... for people with daily post.. it's a mess.
I love bloglovin.. Never liked things like this.. I was a big fan of blogroll on my blog.. but it was getting strange so on advise of Nia, started with blogloving.. and I';m liking it now
good luck
I mostly use my dashboard. I never figured out the reader thing :)
I hope that you are having a good summer. Stay cool. Keeping you in my thoughts.
Hugs to you and Junior!
I use net news wire but I think it might only be for macs.
Feedly.com - a lot like google reader
I moved to Feedly as well. I was resistant at first, but now I've decided I really like it and haven't had any trouble with it. I read at least a dozen articles and reviews on various services, and Feedly seems to top almost every list. Plus it's very similar to Google Reader and didn't take long at all to get used to. I've also heard that The Old Reader is almost an exact replica of Google Reader.
I immediately mark the ads as read. Getting used to bloglovin, but miss reader!!!
I've been managing with Feedly much better than I thought I would. When Google first announced the change I set up Feedly and didn't really like it. They must have really listened to people's concerns though because when I went back to this month (because I had no choice) it's a much better platform than a few months ago. There are a few more options for sorting, etc. that I really like. It's not perfect but if you checked it out a long time ago it might be a little better for you now. (And I have to say that I REALLY like it for the iPad. Leaving comments on there is a tiny bit tricky - the keyboard that pops up gets in the way a bit and you have to remember not to try to page down to hit the publish comment button or it backs out of the whole page. If you hit the keyboard down button instead it will leave you enough room again to publish the comment without issue. I kept erasing my comments accidentally until I clued into that tiny thing. But swiping through blog posts like pages of a book? *LOVE* *LOVE* *LOVE*) There's no doubt it makes everything look super beautiful too, the formatting is dreamy.
Im same as Parsley: I never went over to google reader in the first place so I never had to change anything. The older I get, the less life I have to waste on techno-blurb. Simple is best!
I have Bloglovin and don't love it so much. I use Feedly now and I am liking it. Darn those Google Reader folks!
I have Bloglovin but don't like it so I use my dashboard on Blogger.
I'm on Bloglovin' too, the simple and easiest option I've found out!
Blogger dashboard will be closed too, they have been talking about that even before Google Reader went out. Google Reader was faster but blogger dashboard will follow in a near future..
Feedly for me! I didn't like Bloglovin' and found feedly to be somewhat the same as google reader. I love it more than google reader!!
I'm definitely not a fan of bloglovin :-/
I have it of course, as many of us now, but I'm still using Blogger Dashboard ! =D
I saw you face is 'sweaty'...here it's too hot also ! I'm sweaty too :)
big hugs for you sweaty sweetie
xxxx
Hello Cathey! I've added your blog to my feeder's blogs a few months ago but i've been a little away because i'm without my computer for 6 months now. But today i'm trying to catch up on some blogs, including yours:) And i saw today the gift you have sent to Nia..is lovely!! It was a great gesture from you:)
About bloglovin, i confess that i've tried but was not in love with it...my favourite is www.feedly.com I really like it. And it has apps to our phones and ipads too (for those who have it, of course), but its pretty easy to use it and very nice...it looks like a magazine when i read posts from my friends ehehe Just another idea!
Stay safe, ok?
kisses***
