Lots of rain = lots of flowers. Unfortunately none of these are mine ;o) LOL!
The magnolias are my favourite and I thought I would miss them because of this weather :o( Luckily I got a small break in between the downpours and was able to snap a few pictures. Not enough for my liking though. We're 'supposed' to have sun tomorrow and Tuesday but we'll see. DH has already mowed the lawn once and I think its grown four inches in the past couple of days. LOL!

What beautiful flowers!
ReplyDeleteI love the bottom photo and the rain drops on the leaves.
ReplyDeleteWe had a bit of sun yesterday and today it's back to gloomy. Sigh...someday.
Pretty flowers, I am trying to get some colour in my garden this year.
ReplyDeleteLove the flowers! Everytime I plant tulips in my garden something eats them :(
ReplyDeleteI think next year I will plant some in pots so I have some to enjoy!
Hi Cathey,
ReplyDeleteI've been tromping through some
neighbourhood gardens taking
pictures of some of the pretty
tulips that have bloomed in the
past few days as well.
Yesterday was a gorgeous day out
so I took advantage of it and
walked ... a lot! In total I
walked for over 2 hours and it
was such a joy to be able to
bask in the sunshine and not be
bundled in multiple layers of
winter gear.
I love the red tulip with the
variegated leaves best of your
pictures. You can even see
the dew on the flower petals.
Hurray for Spring!!!!
Cheers!
New layout! I like it :D
ReplyDeleteI love that first flower, so pretty =)
Here we're not really feeling spring.. too much rain, too many thunderstorms =/ better days will come ;)
What lovely photos you've taken. Shame about the weather for you. For once we've been having super sunshine.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful flowers!
ReplyDeleteLove the photographs! I still had snow in the backyard when we left for our vacation...thank goodness it's gone now! Now to get things tidied up :)
ReplyDeleteThe magnolia looks stunning with the raindrops on it... we desperately need rain!
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteI always suspected you had bright, pretty "bloomers", Cathy!! hahahaha ;o)
ReplyDeleteI love the photos of the flowers in your blog, even if they are not yours, I love seeing them :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flower pictures! Oh, love them all! :)
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Tatyana
